Complete the Project Review Request Form below, or email your project information directly to info@urbanwestlandscape.com. Please include all available plans, photos, material selections, plant selections, and other relevant project information.
We’ll review the information provided to determine whether the project appears sufficiently developed for construction pricing and whether it is a good fit for our services.
If the project appears ready and is a good fit, we’ll schedule an on-site visit to observe visible site conditions relevant to the proposed work, take or confirm preliminary measurements, discuss construction considerations, and clarify the proposed scope.
Once the necessary project information and selections have been provided, we’ll prepare a detailed construction proposal based on the information available at that time.
If the proposal is accepted, a written construction agreement will be prepared identifying the contracted scope of work, pricing, payment terms, responsibilities, exclusions, and other applicable project terms.
Once the agreement has been signed and pre-construction requirements have been completed, the project will follow a structured construction process—from site preparation and demolition through the final walkthrough—with an emphasis on quality workmanship, clear communication, and careful attention to detail.

Owner credentials and training:
Quality landscape construction depends on more than the materials visible at the surface. Site preparation, grading, drainage, base construction, installation methods, and construction sequencing may all affect how the completed work performs.

Once your project is substantially finalized, we’ll review the information provided, discuss the proposed construction scope, and determine whether the project is a good fit for our services. If appropriate, we’ll conduct an on-site visit and prepare a written proposal describing the proposed work, pricing, assumptions, and exclusions.
Changes, concealed conditions, agency requirements, owner selections, and work by others may affect the final scope, price, or schedule. Any authorized changes will be documented in accordance with the construction agreement.
